So far I've only noticed a little significance in appetite suppression in the past week in half. The first dose usually kick starts my metabolism ans I end up using the bathroom a bit in the beginning of day. Also its been keeping my up late or so  believe so I'm contemplating taking last doses by 5 pm also. Just a little at night. I'm gonna keep following this to see what other people are experiencing!
