I bought this stuff a few months ago due to the reviews on this site. I
have a problem with being influenced easily, which I'm working on, and
acting without getting ALL the facts, another thing I'm working on. I
suffered from chronic constipation, I'm not sure why until this day
because I'm known as a health freak at my school. I'm usually the one
passing out advice to others about their health problems but back to the
product. I started taking 1 capsule per day and within 3 days, I had a
healthy bowel movement, I was extremely pleased. My bloating went away
and I wasn't as tired as I was. But there were some unpleasant side
effects. I see on here some people don't experience cramping and some do
but bodies very much vary. I experienced rather extreme cramping during
the period I was taking these, it was so bad that each time I had a
contraction I literally had to freeze in one spot and cringe until it
passed. But after I had the bowel movement it went away...for then. So I
guess that's why they suggest you drink PLENTY of water or any fluid
for that matter. Once I started doing that, the cramping ceased. Another
thing I experience was really bad gas.
