I bought Zenwise Labs Advanced Green Tea Extract about 3 weeks ago... & I love it. I am not one to take pills or capsules, but these go down easy & if you follow the directions by taking 3 a day... (I usually take one in the morning when I wake up....around lunch time...Then before I go to bed.) It is not a magic pill...you need to do some exercise. Find Your True Bliss

 This was a very spiritual and inspiring book/guide, I think both would apply. Ray embarked on a spiritual journey and took the time to put together a wonderful guide to becoming a Breatharian and giving the reader first hand account of  his journey.  This book has help me understand the Breatharian lifestyle that I did not know existed. Although, I don't feel this the type of spiritual enlightenment I would choose the embark on, I'm sure, all who read this will feel appreciated that they getting an accurate account of one man's journey to achieve his life's meaning. Kudos to Ray. I very much enjoy reading spiritual journey.I received a copy of this book in exchange for an unbiased review.
