This gel does wonders for my skin. It really brightens (I've been using it for like a week) and I really like the creamy, gel-like texture...it glides smoothly across my skin and doesn't take long to absorb. It does  have much of a smell,  a bit mediciney,  but what little smell it does have is not bad.  It worked wonders on my elbows, It's hard to explain. But anyway, I would recommend this to a friend.
