Durable, Easy to Use, Quality, Easy to Clean. Appears to be well made. Solid feel, light- weight with a comfortable grip. The finish will last. will not start to pit after years of use and hand-washing or dishwasher. The seal part is great, easy to clip a small baggie of coffee, it keeps the small packets fresh. Very good coffee and good variety. The smooth and sweet flavor of this coffee is almost overshadowed by the experience you get at their store, is a great morning brew for people who do not need too strong a flavor to wake them up. It is my go to blend that seems lively, vibrant cup of coffee.  We home grind these oily beans on a medium, slightly fine setting. This always produces rich cups of coffee with a dark, bold flavor, without bitterness. This one is just what we've been looking for. It has a rich, bold flavor that satisfies, but it's never bitter or harsh. I've ordered this same bean twice, and will order again when it's gone.
